University Mental Health Day 2016 – Thursday 3rd March
University Mental Health Day is a great opportunity to bring together all of the key players in student mental health. By being part of a national initiative, we can work together to reach a wider audience and make a noise about mental health on campuses across the UK. This year’s theme is Heads Together and recognises that everyone has mental health and we all can get involved in making a difference to the state of mental health at universities. For more information on how to get involved click here.
Student Minds Ripple Campaign from 1st February
Student Minds are looking for student groups to run their Ripple campaign. It involves students sharing tips about how they manage(d) their depression and what works. For more information see studentminds.org.uk/Ripple.
